Nosečniška hrepenenja – Pregnancy cravings

Ker ne morem nehati objavljati novih blog postov, sem se odločila, da bom napisala po čem vsem sem hrepenela vse od 8. tedna nosečnosti, pa do sedaj.
Hvala vam tudi za tako lepe odzive na instagramu. ❤ Ogromno mi pomeni, ko vidim nova sporočila od vseh, ki berete moj blog.

Moj nosečkin dnevnik

Ker imam prav prikupen nosečniški dnevnik in vanj zapisujem pomembne stvari, vam lahko povem, po čem sem hrepenela od 8. tedna nosečnosti. Pomaga mi tudi obujati spomine. 🙂

8. teden nosečnosti: Bonbončki. Hrepenela sem po tistih kislih bonbončkih. Zelo kislih. 🙂 Včasih sem pojedla ogromno, včasih pa bolj malo. Prav nič pa nisem hrepenela po kavi.

9. teden nosečnosti: Še vedno kisli bonbončki. Hrepenela sem tudi po sadju. Prav nič pa nisem bila navdušena nad mesom. Vidim, da sem v tem tednu zelo rada spala.

10. teden nosečnosti: Včasih nič, včasih veliko. Še vedno pa sem hrepenela bo kisli hrani. Bila sem malo prehlajena. 😦

11. teden nosečnosti: Hrepenenje po sladkem kapučinu. Vidim, da sem že takrat dobila napad na kavice, čeprav sem na začetku pila le brezkofeinske. Hrepenela pa sem tudi po sadnih čajčkih in čokoladi. ❤ Spet pa sem bila prehlajena in imela sem vrtoglavice.

12. teden nosečnosti: Hrepenenje po lizikah! Super pa je, da sem rada jedla solatke. Spet me je mučila zaspanost.

13. teden nosečnosti: Spet lizike in kisli bonbončki. Smrdeti mi je začel cigaretni dim. 🙂

14. teden nosečnosti: V tem tednu nisem navedla posebnih hrepenenj.

15. teden nosečnosti: Spet sem oboževala kislo hrano. Hrepenela sem tudi po kitajski hrani. Nisem pa bila navdušena nad kakršnem koli mesom. Oboževala pa sem solatke. Počutje se je izboljševalo.

16. teden nosečnosti: Hrepenela sem po piškotkih. Tistih navadnih. 🙂

17. teden nosečnosti: Spet so bile v igri lizike in čokolada. Oh, ta čokolada.

18. teden nosečnosti: V tem tednu sem bila zelooo žejna. Zelo rada sem imela navadno vodo in kavice z okusom. V tem tednu sem težko dihala.

19. teden nosečnosti: Super! V tem tednu sem oboževala sadje, še posebej jabolka. Najraje sem imela tista čisto zelena. Nisem pa hrepenela po sladkarijah. Mučili so me glavoboli.

20. teden nosečnosti: Spet sem hrepenela po sadju in zelenjavi, kar pa je bilo dobro zame. 🙂 Oboževati pa sem začela juhe iz vrečke.

21. teden nosečnosti: Hrepenela sem po hruškah in radenski. Sploh pa nisem marala mesa. Včasih mi je dišala pica, še pogosteje pa solatka.

22. teden nosečnosti: Hrepenenje po solatkah, sokovih (se mi zdi da so bili v igri Fructal sokovi), sadju in včasih po sladkarijah. Pojavili pa so se tudi občasni napadi lakote.

23. teden nosečnosti: Navedla nisem nič prav posebnega. Se pa spomnim, da sem rada popila kakšen sadni smoothie.

24. teden nosečnosti: V tem tednu sem bila v bolnišnici zaradi vnetja ledvic. Kot naročeno, sem hrepenela po kavicah iz kavomata (zame edina super zadeva v bolnišnicah 🙂 ) ali pa po kapučinu iz vrečkic. Spet pa sem oboževala čokolado. 

25. teden nosečnosti: V tem tednu sem zelo rada jedla sladko hrano. Še vedno pa sem hrepenela po kapučinu.

26. teden nosečnosti: Spet sem oboževala sadje. 🙂 Včasih pa sem se spet znašla v skušnjavi z sladkarijami. Nisem pa prenesla mlečnih izdelkov.

27. teden nosečnosti: Mmm, čas vročih čokolad. Hrepenela sem po njih. A vedno, ko sem prišla v gostilno, sem namesto vroče čokolade naročila belo kavo. Čudno, kajne?

28. teden nosečnosti: Vsak dan sem si za zajtrk naredila smoothie. Nastopilo pa je veliko hrepenenje po belih kavicah in vodi. Začela se je zgaga. 😦

29. teden nosečnosti: Včasih bi lahko pojedla vse, a sem se poskušala zadržati. Še vedno pa se nisem mogla odreči kavicam. Ups. Spet pa sem postala prava lenoba. Bil je božični čas. ❤

30. teden nosečnosti: Novo leto! Še vedno sem hrepenela po kavicah iz avtomata. Rada pa sem imela tudi sadje in jogurt. Hvala bogu, da v prazničnem času nisem hrepenela po čem sladkem. 🙂 Sem pa začela oboževati sladke, gazirane pijače.

31. teden nosečnosti: Zaradi zgage, sem v tem tednu rada pila mleko in belo kavo. Sploh pa nisem prenašala kisle hrane. Še nekaj čudnega: zelo mi je dišal cigaretni dim. 😮

Do sedaj je to vse. 🙂 Upam, da bom imela čas opisati naslednje tedne nosečnosti, kateri se čimbolj bližajo koncu nosečnosti. Moram priznati, komaj že čakam, da bo prišel dan, ko rodim. To pa zato, ker prihajajo zame težki dnevi in tedni. Nisem si mislila, da bo po 30. tednu nosečnosti vse takooo zelo težko. 😦

Because I just can’t stop publishing new blog posts, I have decided that I’ll write what food I liked from 8. week of pregnancy, up to now. Also, thank you for such a nice response on instagram. ❤ It means so much to me, when I see your messages from people who read my blog.

My pregnancy diary.

Because of my pregnancy diary and because I write important things about my pregnancy, I can tell you what I liked the most from my 8. week of pregnancy. It helps me making some memories, too.

Week 8: I really loved candies. I loved acidic candies so much. Sometimes I ate too much, sometimes not much. But I didn’t really loved coffee at this time.

Week 9: Acidic candies, still. I was craving fruits! But I didn’t really liked meat at this time of pregnancy. But I did liked to sleep a lot.

Week 10: Sometimes a lot, sometimes almost nothing. But I was still craving about acidic food. I got a little cold at this time. 😦

Week 11: My cravings were about sweet cappucino. I did started to really like coffee there. But I really liked tea too. And chocolate! But I still got cold.

Week 12: I was craving lollipops! But the great thing was that I really liked salads. But still, I was so sleepy all the time.

Week 13: Again, lollipops and candies. But I couldn’t bear smell of cigarette smoke.

Week 14: I didn’t have specific cravings in this week.

Week 15: Once again, I loved acidic food. Also Chinese food. But I haven’t been impressed with meat. I loved salads. I was feeling better.

Week 16: I was craving cookies. 🙂

Week 17: Once again, there were lollipops. And chocolate. Oh, that chocolate.

Week 18: I was vry thirsty at this week. I really loved water and flavoured coffee. I had trouble with breathing this week.

Week 19: So great! I was craving fruit, ecpecially green apples. And I didn’t craving sweets. But I had some bad headaches.

Week 20: Again,  I was craving fruit and vegetables at this week, and this was good for me. 🙂 I admired soup from little bags.

Week 21: I was craving pears and mineral water. And I really didn’t loved any meat. Sometimes I was craving pizza, but more offten salads.

Week 22: And again I was craving salads, fruit juice (Fructal juice), fruit and sometimes sweets. Sometimes I had attacks of hunger at this time.

Week 23: I didn’t write something special about this week. But I remember that I loved to drink smoothies.

Week 24: I was at hospital this week because of my inflammation of the kidneys. Lucky me, I was craving coffee from coffee machine (the most cool thing in the hospital for me 🙂 ) or cappucino from bags. Again, I loved chocolate.

Week 25: I really liked to eat sweet food this week. But still, I really loved cappucino.

Week 26: Craving of this week was about fruit. 🙂 And candies. But I really didn’t like to eat milk products.

Week 27: Mmm, hot chocolate time! I was craving about it! But every time I came into a bar, I ordered white coffee instead of hot chocolate. Weird, isn’t it?

Week 28: I made myself a smoothie every day for breakfast. That time, craving of white coffee and water appeared. And It started with acid reflux. 😦

Week 29: I had some bad hunger attacks, but I tried to keep myself away from it. But still, I couldn’t resist from coffee. Ops. I got lazy at that time again. It was Christmas time! ❤

Week 30: New year! I was still craving coffee from coffee maker. But I craved about fruit and about yogurts. Thank God I didn’t have hunger attacks in Christmas time! 🙂 But I started to crave about soda.

Week 31: Because of heartburn, I liked to drink milk and white coffee. And I so didn’t like acidic food. Something weird: I liked the smell of cigarette smoke. 😮

That’s all for now. 🙂 I hope that I will have some time to write about my next pregnancy weeks, which are getting closer to the end. I have to confirm, that I can’t wait for the day, when I will be in labor. That is because bad days are comming for me. I did not think that it will be that hard after 30. week of pregnancy. 😦
